Coping with grief, with Jess Bugg

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Like you are rolling a stone uphill that insists in coming down every time it seems to be some progress?

This feeling that we are failing, not doing enough, or that we have too many powerful forces to fight against in our activism is becoming more and more common.

In this episode we have a conversation with Jess Bugg. In her book You Had To Be There: Thoughts on Ecological Grief in the Anthropocene, Jess writes about dealing with grief, and coping mechanisms, activities, and thoughts, for when everything seems hopeless.
